In Coffeemug, we use Open Source software. They are easier to develop websites with and cheaper to maintain. PHP is now the most popular web programming language and they have the biggest supporting community. Well, facebook is also made in PHP.

Content Management System (CMS)

We have made website in Joomla, Wordpress, Website Baker, MODx, Frog, Text Pattern, CMS Made Simple and many other CMS. However now our favorite choices are MODx and Wordpress. These award winning systems are user-friendly, secure, well-designed, easy to develop add-ons with, and have a healthy community behind.

Design

We design with the popular Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. They are simply the standards now.
